Take the Tsukuba Express train from Akihabara Station (秋葉原駅).

From Tsukuba Station, take the Kantetsu Bus line to Tsukuba Daigaku Chuo (筑波大学中央).
Get off at the Uchuu Kankou Center stop (宇宙観光センター), which will take approximately 15 minutes.
